Chauffeur Requirements:

• Applicants Must be at least 25 years of age
• Valid MA Driver's License with a good driving record
• CDL Required for Bus applicants ONLY
• At least 1 year Chauffeur and/or Driving Experience
• Professional attire and appearance
• Benefits (for all full-time employees)
• Proficient in mapping reading skills - ability to be able to find the best route with or without GPS
• Must have strong knowledge of Boston, the surrounding towns and airport procedures
• Must be able to pass a Mandatory Drug Screening and Background Check
• Flexible Schedule Require; Hours are based on YOUR availability and customer demands
• Customer Service and Professionalism
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs

Job Description

Do you have what it takes to control 50 jobs going on at one time?

We are looking for a dispatcher to verify all records before the customer is in the car.

A good portion of your daily activities revolves around customer service and making sure that the drivers are looking the part, cars are inspected, headed in the right direction, on time and efficient. You will be in control of software that will guide you in the process. Your job is to master the tasks and keep moving the organization forward taking occasional reservation calls, changes from customers.

Livery software experience preferred but not required Ability to work at a fast pace Paying attention to detail Communication skills a must Computer skills Multitasking General knowledge of the roads and direction Ability to work well with others Flexible schedule to start during training (with a set schedule being primarily 2nd shift with 2 overnights) This is a fast paced environment and in need of quality team members. You will also be involved in the hiring/training of employees and work closely with all staff/supervisors/ managers of the company

Job Description

The Reservation Sales Agent responds to in bound customer service queue calls with the objective of selling and confirming travel offerings (local as well as affiliate travel) with an emphasis on great customer service. The agent will qualify, gather, organize, record and execute bookings in a professional manner within pre-defined parameters and standards (which may change) to optimize revenue and vehicles for Premier.

Processes bookings via a variety of distribution channel means (i.e. online, fax, email, 3rd party, in-house forms, voicemail, etc.) when assigned. Achieve personal and team related revenue and departmental goals.

Provide correct and timely responses to client requests for general information regarding vehicles offered and packages. You will not only be booking corporate accounts but also leisure and fun trips. Ensures business is accurately booked, communicated and executed to perfection with service delivery in accordance with Premier's standards. Effectiveness will be measured and evaluated frequently for consistency and adherence to performance requirements.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $14.00 to $16.00 /hour
